refund & cancellation policy

we offer a free trial so you can judge our quality before paying. this policy explains what happens if you need to cancel an order or are not happy with the result. items in [brackets] still need to be confirmed by pixsedit.
1. cancelling an order
- before we start editing: full refund of anything you have paid.
- after work has started: you pay for the images already edited; anything paid for unedited images is refunded.
2. if you are not happy with an edit
tell us within [7 days — confirm] of delivery. if the edit does not follow your brief, we will redo it free of charge. if we still cannot fix it, we will refund the price of the affected images.
3. how to request a refund
email [email protected] with your order details and the images concerned. we reply within 2 working days.
4. when refunds are paid
approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within [14 days — confirm].
