these terms apply when you use pixsedit.com or order image editing from pixsedit. by sending us an order you accept them. items in [brackets] still need to be confirmed by pixsedit.

1. the service

pixsedit provides image editing for e-commerce and fashion brands, including clipping paths, retouching, ghost mannequin, colour correction, shadows and marketplace formatting. ai tools prepare part of the work and our editors finish each image by hand.

2. free trial

new clients can send up to 3 images for a free test edit. no card is needed and there is no obligation to order.

3. orders, prices and payment

prices on the site are starting prices per image. the final price depends on complexity and volume and is confirmed in writing before work starts. payment terms: [confirm — for example invoice payable within 14 days, or prepayment for new clients]. prices exclude taxes unless stated.

4. turnaround

our standard turnaround is 24 hours from receiving complete files and instructions. large or complex batches may take longer; we will agree the delivery time with you before starting.

5. your images and instructions

you confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every image you send us, including permission from any people shown in them, and that editing them does not break anyone’s rights or the law. we only use your images to deliver the service and do not show them in our portfolio without your written permission.

6. ownership of edited images

once an order is paid in full, all rights we hold in the edited images pass to you.

7. revisions

if an edit does not follow your brief, tell us within [7 days — confirm] of delivery and we will correct it at no cost.

8. confidentiality

we keep your images, product information and business details confidential. we can sign an nda on request.

9. liability

we take care with every image, but our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow this limit. we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

10. governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of [india — confirm], and the courts of [new delhi — confirm] have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
